the gift of music

One of the highlights of the past year was a party my roommates and I had back in November while Judd and Maggie were in LA for some concerts. Without too much badgering, we coaxed them to perform some of the songs from their first album, as well as a few other numbers. Paul Harrigan pulled out his guitar as well and played one of his songs. My roommate Brad, a drummer by trade, provided some backup percussion.

It was a great evening, with just the light of the fireplace and candles as we relaxed and enjoyed the company of our very talented friends… one of those moments when you sit back and revel in the utter gratuity of life’s blessings.

You can listen to our apartment concert here.

And if you like their music, please consider buying their albums. You can find Judd and Maggie’s album Subjects on Amazon, and Paul’s Thank You 2 on the Catholic Music Network.
